How long does it take for my racket to be restrung?
Our professional stringing service typically takes 24-48 hours. If you purchase a new racket and select a custom string, it will be prepared and shipped within two business days.
What is your return policy for tennis rackets?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused rackets in their original plastic wrap. Please note that once the plastic handle wrap is removed or the racket has been played with, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our tennis gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How do I know which grip size to choose?
Most adult players use a grip size between 2 (4 1/4") and 4 (4 1/2"). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size, as you can always increase it with an overgrip.
Are all the products on your site authentic?
